譯／編／作者簡介Daniel T. L. Shek (PhD, BBS, JP) is Professor in the Department of Social Work, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Consulting Editor of Journal of Clinical Psychology and member of the Editorial Boards of Research on Social Work Practice, International Journal of Adolescent Medicine and Health, Asian Journal of Counseling and Journal of Youth Studies. He is member of限定產品 the Action Committee Against Narcotics, Youth Commission, Fight Crime Committee, and Independent Police Complaints Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He has to date published more than 100 articles in international refereed journals.

美式漢堡混「6公分」和牛排 PK台味馬祖堡
現在美食戰，連漢堡餅皮內餡都拚混搭多元，有業者結合馬祖當地料理，把繼光餅改造成漢堡餅皮，裡頭夾一層紅糟肉，吃起來更酥脆，或是美式漢堡業者結合日本澳洲和牛，甚至連醬都是泰式椒麻口感，雙層6公分紮實肉塊，怕人吃膩，還有生酮飲食漢堡，用大片生菜包覆更解膩。
記者林旼叡：「2顆美式大漢堡是業者新推出，裡頭裝的是和牛，右邊這顆裡面1塊肉餅3公分，它主打雙層6公分，左邊這顆蔬菜裹，生酮飲食也能吃，尤其主打他們肉排，紮紮實實連空氣都沒有，一顆150公克。」
和牛漢堡業者：「甩肉、打肉，裡面空氣先拍出來，我們把它等於說，先加工變一球一球，在這過程肉會比較緊實。」
完工後上煎台，高溫逼出肉汁這優惠網站商品樣還不夠，幫肉排化個妝，有顏色，上煎台更熟一點，和牛肉排完工，這混血美式漢堡香氣特濃，有個撇步，牛油再利用上餅皮咬下去更香更脆，老闆知道好多人怕胖，蔬菜包肉讓你少點罪惡。
和牛漢堡業者：「和牛確實比較香，比起一般肉排和牛漢堡本身香氣非常十足，會比一般漢堡稍微再香，而且和牛油雖然油，可是它不會那麼膩。」
主打厚實香氣，改良出美日澳結合，甚至加泰式椒麻醬的混血漢堡，如果喜歡本土味，也有它，肉片下鍋吱吱作響的是馬祖的紅糟肉，配上馬祖道地繼光餅當漢堡皮，咬下去更有飽足感加上台味泡菜提味。
民眾：「還可以因為它裡面是包泡菜還滿特別的，很不錯啊，因為它的餅是很Q的，就跟一般漢堡皮不太一樣。」
把過去乾糧打造成現代人愛吃美食，一個套餐不附薯條雞塊，各家新漢堡品牌改良換口味獨特副餐，分食龐大速食商機。
全裸到府清潔 時薪1800！妙齡女現身曝內幕「超好賺」
英國出現「裸體清潔人員」這樣新穎的工作，清潔人員會全身赤裸地到府清潔，這期間屋主可以在家和清潔人員聊天，一名24歲女孩現身分享工作心得，表示「比在悶熱的辦公室好多了」。

而這間公司有嚴格規範，會掌握清潔人員到府與離開的時間，並規定除了客戶本人外，不能有其他人在場，且不能與清潔人員有肢體接觸，公司也表示，專業的清潔人員可以理解客戶可能會有生理反應，但他們完全不提供性服務，因此希望客戶給予尊重。
