拚選舉避民怨 蔡總統到鹿港…首度不交管
總統蔡英文昨晚再到彰化縣為縣長參選人魏明谷造勢，彰化警方接獲上級指示，首度不實施交通管制，只派員在晚會現場周邊道路疏導交通，未封路要求車輛繞路，及鎖定「可疑」民眾勸離。
民進黨完全執政後推動軍公教警年改，蔡總統到各地都遭遇群眾抗爭，抗爭群眾如影隨行，各地警方都配合國安需求，對蔡英文準備前往的地點都採取大區域維安和交通管制，引發民怨。今年以來，蔡英文已7次到彰化縣拉抬魏明谷選情，警方每次都按照國安單位要求，採取嚴格的維安與大區域交管。
前天傳出蔡英文和賴清德昨天要一起到鹿港文武廟參加造勢晚會，彰化客運公司規畫從下午2時到晚間10時配合警方交管，全面更改鹿港線班車的市區行駛路線和停靠站。
這分「敬告旅客」的更改路線公文被上傳到網路後，引起網友一片罵聲；前天深夜，彰客緊急發出公告，表明警方不實施交管，班車行駛路線和停靠站都不更改，這項更改路線的公告屬內部預擬外流，造成民眾困擾，深表歉意。警方首度不交管，引起民眾熱烈討論。
